Hi, I’m Mike — author of Strike Season, a founder of Steer for Student Athletes, and a lifelong believer in the power of mentorship. I spent forty years on Wall Street, served as interim CEO of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village, and now focus my energy on helping high schoolers find their footing on and off the field. I earned my MBA from Northwestern and my BS from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. I played quarterback there and was humbled to receive Academic All-American honors. Football taught me a lot about leadership and grit; life taught me the rest.
